Jean Considine graduated cum laude from the University of Connecticut in 1977, and graduated in 1983 from the University of Connecticut School of Law. Upon graduation from law school, she worked as a court clerk for the Connecticut Judicial Department. Leaving the Judicial Department, she entered private practice.
Attorney Considine is a native of Torrington, Connecticut and has practiced law in the Waterbury area and Torrington for almost 18 years. She became a partner in Muschell & Simoncelli, LLP in 2001. She practices mainly in the areas of residential real estate, wills and estate settlement.
