The firm was begun in 1969 by Attorney Victor M. Muschell, a native of Torrington who chose to remain in his hometown to work and raise a family. Attorney George Simoncelli, a partner in the firm is a native of Litchfield.
In 1978, the firm’s offices moved to its present location at 104 Church Street near Torrington’s Vogel-Wetmore School. Throughout the more than 40 years of its existence we have provided high quality legal services of all kinds to our clients. We do that in an informal friendly atmosphere and in a manner, one might call “family style”.
Although we are a general practice firm, we have developed a reputation of expertise in the areas of real estate transactions, labor and employment law, workers’ compensation, estate planning and settlement, personal injury, and municipal and education law.
